How to Submit a Credit Request

It is our ultimate goal to make sure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases from Amato Wholesale Florist.  We realize that sometimes things might fall through the cracks or minor billing mistakes might be made.  The current process of claim processing has proven to be ineffective. We have renovated our system of claim processing to one simple form that can be downloaded from our website and emailed directly to our credit department.  Simple, Effective, Timely.

A credit request form must be filled out completely and submitted on this website within 24 hours of receipt of product. During Valentines Day and Mother’s Day, we will extend that period of time to 72 hours.

Failure to notify Amato’s of any claims, or disputes within the given time periods listed will constitute full acceptance of the product and waive any further complaints or disputes.

Please Note:  Effective December 1, 2017, please do no longer submit credit requests to your sales representative.  ONLY credit requests submitted on this website will be processed.  Any credit requests not submitted in this format will not be honored.

Amato’s reserves the right to request the product that has been claimed, be returned to us or picked up by our drivers when logistically possible.  This is simply to allow us to have a stronger working relationship with our growers, farms, and other vendors to show them the issues in quality our customers are having.  It only helps Amato’s help its customers.
